We begin your inspection report the moment the inspection starts and update it throughout the actual inspection. We use digital cameras, thermal cameras, and video cameras to capture the details of the condition of the property and components at the time of the inspection. And the pictures, videos, reports and email are kept on file for 1 year after the actual inspection. Video edits of 2nd story roofs and letting you see and/or hear what was noted in the inspection report can be shared via private links on our YouTube channel upon request.
