Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. The Inspection Report and Summary are delivered via email in a PDF format within 48 hours of the completion of the home inspection (certain restrictions apply).

It isn’t uncommon for other inspectors to rush through the inspection process in order to get to their next appointment, in some cases scheduling 4-5 inspections in the same day. I am typically on the average property for an average of about 3 hours, and in some cases much longer on the larger custom homes. I use digital cameras, thermal cameras and video cameras to help document the condition of the property as it existed at the time of the inspection. You’ll find the inspection and reports I provide are going to provide you with as much information about the property as possible. The first time, on time.

I take advantage of today’s technology.

Today’s available technology helps me provide a detailed and accurate inspection and report, no matter what type of property you may need inspection. With the use of digital and thermal cameras, video cameras and tablets, I’m able to begin your inspection report at the start of the inspection and update it throughout the process. The images and video footage taken during your inspection are then looked over several times so no detail is left forgotten. For the out of area buyers or those who can’t attend the actual inspection, I’m also able to include video edits in the email with your inspection report which allows you to see and/or hear exactly what I saw during your inspection. For those video edits too large to email, my clients can receive a private link on my YouTube channel as requested.

Service doesn’t stop after your report.

The inspection report is typically very long and contains a lot of information, which in some cases may be hard to understand or may read scary. I’m here to help answer any questions you have, even after your inspection. Having the ability to talk to me about any items that may be of a concern will help ensure we are all on the same page about those details. The photos and video footage I record during each inspection are archived, and those photos and video footage have helped my past customers with issues that may arise with warranty or home insurance issues.
