SWIMMING POOL & SPA INSPECTIONS
RedBeard Inspections swimming pool and spa inspections include the safety of the walking surfaces, access doors and fences, re-circulation equipment, and safety and emergency equipment is assessed. If significant issues are located on this thorough visual inspection, further evaluation and/or repair may be recommended. If a swimming pool and/or spa inspection is included in your specific inspection, the inspection summary will include these sections (as applicable) and provide a list of any items or systems that range from attention or maintenance after moving into the home up to needing further evaluation and/or requires repair or replacement by licensed professionals.

IRRIGATION SYSTEM INSPECTIONS
Irrigation system leaks and failures can lead to high water bills and potential damage to your new home or property. Before you purchase a home with an irrigation system, it’s a good idea to have it inspected. Even though most of the irrigation system is located underground, the irrigation inspection will assess the operation of the irrigation system, including a visible inspection of the controllers, connections and/or supply components, sprinkler and/or bubbler head locations, etc. If significant issues are located on this thorough visual inspection, further evaluation and/or repair may be recommended. ALARM SYSTEM INSPECTIONS
Due to a variety of security systems which have different operating procedures and equipment, home inspectors do not inspect a home’s security system when conducting a home inspection due to a variety of security systems which have having different operating procedures and equipment. RedBeard Inspections has partnered with Millennium Alarm Systems, an authorized ADT dealer, to offer home buyers the opportunity to have their prospective home’s security system evaluated free of charge at the time of the RedBeard Inspections home inspection. Millennium Alarm Systems inspects the home’s alarm system, including all components and locations within the property, and provides an alarm inspection report to the home buyer for reference.

END OF FIRST YEAR INSPECTION
This home inspection is recommended to be performed approximately 30-60 days before the expiration of the builder’s one-year new home warranty. This inspection addresses any warranty-related concerns that you may want to bring to the builder’s attention, and allows time for any necessary repairs before the warranty expires. RedBeard Inspections will provide a thorough inspection of the physical structure, as well as each of the home’s major systems and generate a detailed report and summary that you can use when talking with the builder before the end of your first year warranty period.
